Presently we are exporting our products to United States Of America only but We have plans to export our products to other countries like Australia, Europe and Indian Ocean countries in near future . |

| Minimum order quantity can be as low as 1 pallet (1000 kgs) |

| 3) What payment methods do we accept? |
| We accept Irrevocable LC at site of reputed International Bank. |

| 4) How long does production take? |
|
Normally, most of our work is ready for shipping in 3-4 weeks. For big orders such as lining a swimming pool, we tell you our time frame before we begin the process. |

| 5) How are our products packaged? |
|
We are very concerned that the product reaches you safely and to ensure this, all material is shrink packed, into cardboard boxes and then into wooden pallet to ensure safe transportation. |

| 6) How are shipping arrangements made? |
|
Our usual method of shipping is that we deliver Material at ICD (Tughlakabad) Delhi thereafter Inland haulage to Mumbai. From there material is dispatched by ship to their destinations. |

| 7) What happens if the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the goods? |
|
We maintain Stringent quality controls and in
house quality checks are conducted prior to packaging. We would
appreciate if you personally inspect or depute a representative to
approve of the material before shipment. However, If for some reason you
are not pleased with your purchase when it arrives, we are ready to
compensate adequately. |
